Privacy Policy.

How Azul Interactiv collects, uses, and protects your information — in plain language, covering our website, contact form, chat, analytics, and advertising.

This Privacy Policy explains how Azul Interactiv LLC ("Azul Interactiv," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit azulinteractiv.com (the "Site"), contact us, chat with us, or interact with our advertising. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Azul Interactiv is an AI software studio. The party responsible for your information (the "data controller") is Azul Interactiv LLC. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email address, company name, company website, team size, the type of project you're interested in, your message, and whether you've indicated it's okay for us to suggest a call. (The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field that is never used to identify you.)

Chat widget

Our Site includes a chat widget on every page. If you start a conversation, we collect the messages you send and any contact details you provide in the chat so we can respond to your inquiry. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Advertising and lead forms

We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you respond to one of our ads using a Meta "Instant Form," the information you submit (such as your name and email) is first collected by Meta within its Leads Center and then transmitted to us. That information is handled by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy before it reaches us, and by us under this policy once we receive it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically:

  • Privacy-first analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate Site traffic. It is cookieless and does not use fingerprinting or collect personal data or track you across sites.
  • Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel). We use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies on our Site. These place cookies and collect information about your device and your activity on our Site — such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, submitting the contact form) — and share it with Meta. We use this to measure ad performance and to build and target audiences, including custom and lookalike audiences and retargeting (showing you our ads after you've visited). Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you. See "Cookies, tracking, and your choices" below to opt out.
  • Security and delivery. Our Site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the Site securely and prevent abuse.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • To schedule and hold introductory calls and communicate with you about a potential or existing engagement;
  • To operate, secure, and improve our Site;
  • To measure, run, and improve our advertising, including retargeting and building audiences;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we share your information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Resend — delivers the email notifications generated by our contact form.
  • Cloudflare — hosts and secures the Site and provides privacy-first analytics.
  • Meta Platforms — for advertising, measurement, and lead forms, as described above.
  • Our chat provider — powers the on-site chat widget.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies, tracking, and your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for advertising and measurement (primarily the Meta Pixel). Our analytics are cookieless. You can control tracking in several ways:

6. How long we keep your information

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, then for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and reputable, security-focused providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
