Custom Software

If you can dream it, we can build it.

Fully bespoke software — internal tools, client portals, dashboards, custom CRMs — designed around how your team actually works, not the other way around. Your workflow, your data model, your rules.

01 — What we build

The software your business needs — that doesn't exist yet.

If you can describe the workflow, we can build the software for it. These are the shapes it usually takes.

Internal

Internal tools

The app for the workflow only your team runs — the one currently held together by three spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and someone's memory.

  • Built for one job, done exactly your way
  • Kills the duplicate data entry
  • Replaces the spreadsheet bridging the gap
Client

Client portals

A branded front door for your customers — where they see status, share files, approve work, and stop emailing you for updates.

  • Self-serve status, docs, and approvals
  • Your brand, not a vendor's
  • Cuts the "just checking in" inbox
Bespoke

Dashboards & custom CRMs

Your real numbers in one place, and a pipeline shaped around how you actually sell — instead of how a SaaS vendor assumed you would.

  • One view across every source
  • A CRM built to your pipeline, not a template
  • Reporting that answers your questions
02 — How we build it

Shaped around your team. Owned by you.

Bespoke doesn't mean fragile or precious. It means the software fits — and it stays yours.

Your workflow, not ours

We map how the work actually moves through your team first — including the parts nobody documented — and build to that, not to a template.

Your data model

Your entities, your fields, your rules — modeled the way your business genuinely thinks, so the software never forces a workaround.

Connects to your stack

Built against the APIs you already run — email, calendars, accounting, storage — so it joins the flow instead of becoming another tab.

AI where it earns its place

We're an AI studio, so AI goes in wherever it genuinely removes work — and stays out wherever plain software does the job better.

Built to grow

Scoped to solve today's problem without painting you into a corner — clean foundations you can extend feature by feature as you scale.

You own it outright

The code, the data, the hosting — all yours, documented and handed over. No lock-in, and no dependency on us to keep it running.

03 — Custom vs off-the-shelf

When the tool doesn't fit, your team pays for it daily.

Off-the-shelf is the right call when your process is genuinely standard — and we'll tell you when it is. But when the software half-fits, the gap doesn't disappear. Your team absorbs it, every single day.

  • The spreadsheet that exists only to bridge two systems
  • The same data typed into three different tools
  • The workflow bent to fit the software's assumptions
  • The report someone rebuilds by hand every month
  • The seats you pay for on features you'll never use

You're already paying that cost in hours. Custom software moves it somewhere it compounds instead of somewhere it leaks.

04 — How it works

Map it. Prototype it. Ship it.

STEP 01

Map the workflow

We sit with the people who actually do the work and map how it really moves — including the undocumented parts. That map, not a feature list, is the spec.

STEP 02

Build the prototype

You get something working early, on your real data, so you're reacting to software instead of a slide. We adjust while adjusting is still cheap.

STEP 03

Ship & hand you the keys

We launch, document, and hand over the code and hosting. You own it outright — and we extend it feature by feature only if you want us to.

Frequently asked

Custom Software, answered.

What counts as custom software?

Anything your business needs that off-the-shelf tools don't do properly. Most often that's an internal tool for a workflow only your team runs, a client-facing portal, a dashboard that pulls your real numbers into one place, or a bespoke CRM shaped around your pipeline. If you can describe the workflow, we can build the software for it.

Why build custom instead of buying off-the-shelf?

Off-the-shelf is the right call when your process is genuinely standard — and we'll tell you when it is. Custom wins when the software is forcing your team to work around it: duplicate data entry, spreadsheets bridging the gaps, or a process that only half-fits the tool. At that point you're already paying for the mismatch in hours; custom just moves that cost somewhere it compounds.

Do you still build custom CRMs?

Yes. A bespoke CRM is one of the most common things we build — it's custom software with a pipeline in it. If you want a CRM that writes itself from your inbox and calls, that's our AI-native CRM product. If you want a CRM shaped entirely around a workflow no product on the market matches, that's this.

Will it connect to the tools we already use?

That's usually the point. We build against the APIs of the stack you already run — email, calendars, accounting, storage, whatever's in the way — so the new software fits into the flow instead of becoming another tab your team forgets to open.

Do we own the software?

Yes. No lock-in, ever. You own the code, the data, and the hosting. We build on your stack, document everything, and hand you the keys — so you can take it to any developer, including your own.
